I'm seeking guidance on transferring my indexer to Layer 2 (L2). Is it necessary to unstake before making the transfer? Additionally, I'm curious if there are any methods to bypass the mandatory 28-day waiting period. Any insights or advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
